Just to make it clear I am a Bruins fan and a fan of hockey in general. I am looking to read a biography of Richards, I enjoy reading about hockey, and was wondering which biography would anyone recommend. (Usually it's easy but I've found 5-6 on Richards)

*Mod sorry if this is wrong forum

This is the best one I've read:

THe first half of the book is by Fischler, but the real gem is the second part which is totally in the ROcket's words and includes his real thoughts about crowds, players, etc. Hard to find stuff about him that isn't political or isn't all cleaned up. He was like Lafleur in that he spoke his mind in public, especially after he retired, but it's hard to find traces of it now.

The movie is pretty good too.
