I still remember those classic games with gilmour on the leafs, it was a different kind of hockey, i have to go with mathews here, hes the real deal.

Gilmour finished 2nd in Hart voting at his peak. Let’s wait until Matthews has a top 5 finish before we start comparing him to a Hall of Famer with his Jersey retired.

I'd take Gilmour ahead of Fedorov. Great player, in the history boards there was this comparison years ago..
