When Matt Dumba was drafted, all I kept seeing in his highlights were his big open ice hits. An element that has really been missing in his NHL career so far. Except for this season. If my memory serves me right, this was probably his fourth big open ice hit in this season. And what a thing of beauty it was! When executed right, this is the type of hitting that really makes me jump up from the couch or up from the bench if I'm watching a game from the stands.
