Had we lost in regulation, Phoenix would now be in 7th place, and we would be in 8th place points wise, however Dallas would be two points back with a game in hand and a better ROW, so we would not be in control of our destiny and would need Dallas to stumble a little.

Since we won in regulation, we remain in 7th, and now Phoenix is only one ahead of Dallas with Dallas having a game in hand. Phoenix no longer controls its destiny and requires a Dallas slip in order to make the playoffs.

Given the way the team has been playing lately, guys were uncharacteristically stepping up when we needed them. Sure hope they take the momentum from this game and build on it.
