The problem with that show was that it never really showed enough of the actual games to give you an idea of how good the players were over all. I mean, some you could tell were better than others, but really you had no choice but to accept that the managment knew what they were doing in who they picked.

Good show though, I loved the idea. I'd watch it again next year too probably.

Oh, it was a reality show here on CBC that invited any Canadian who could put on a pair of skates to come out to tryouts across the country with the hope of eventually winning a spot at a Canadian NHL teams training camp. 68 players were eventually chosen to attend a two week camp, and then of the top 18 of those, the six canadian teams each chose one players.

Someone enjoyed it? It was kind of boring. The biggest shocker of the series was when one player didn't wake up to his alarm. There was only about five to ten minutes of hockey skills events or exhibition matches which was really disappointing. I guarantee the goalie won't make it to the ahl.

I found it boring as well.

James Demone can barely stick with the ECHL.
