Too funny. I was listening to Penguins sports talk when the rumor of New Jersey's asking about MAF came up.
Reportedly, after Corey Crawford unexpectedly retired this week, the Devils made a serious offer for MAF.
Not going to happen, but it would certainly be a strange turn of events.
While a Pen, MAF was replaced by Matt Murray, who was later traded to Ottawa. One could only imagine, however, if MAF came back to haunt the Pens during intense Devil-Pens East division matchups.
