"Bardak" is Russian slang for a chaotic situation or a big mess (basically a sh*tshow). To me at least, Bardakov is an extremely funny and somewhat unusual last name.

Maltsev (last Russian center we got from Jersey) was a much better prospect. I'd be surprised if they have any interest in bringing him over, but I guess you never know.

Didn’t know Barkov’s stock had fallen this far or that the Devils had acquired him.

Either way, that’s our 2C and we just became really strong.

Getting the 7th on top of Barkov, who is a former captain and elite two-way player, is just gravy on top that Annunen can enjoy.
