Sherbrooke probably didn't want to burn an OA and import slot on the same player I'm assuming. Same way Rodrigo Abols went from the Dub to the Q.

EDIT: Whoops I was wrong, he was only 19. I guess they just released him because they needed a goalie and needed that import slot for Hlavaj?

Wonder if scouts dismiss his success last year to the fact he was playing with Cozzens? Will be interesting to watch if he returns to Lethbridge (assuming there is a WHL season) and Dylan is with the Sabres.

After this season he will probably sign a two-way contract in the NHL. Before the summer there were already first indications and last season journalists from the Czech Republic said that he will go overseas within a year or two.
