Just wondering if anyone knows where he is playing this year? I thought he transfered to Quinnipac but can't find his name on their stats page.

Is he still property of the Jets?

He transferred to Quinnipiac, but I believe NCAA transfer rules prevent him from playing this season. He applied to be eligible according to an article I saw, but was turned down.

What's the deal with this kid and Winnipeg? Is he holding out to become a UFA?

No idea, we are starting to get worried. Winnipeg is fairly generous with elc contracts too. We also need more young winger talent.

Winnipeg traded his rights to Buffalo last night for a conditional 7th. He'll need to be signed by August 15th or he'll become an UFA.
