LW Brady Berard - USNTDP, USHL (2022 Draft)

Grinder type of winger. Good size, skates okay, hard worker on the forecheck. Has enough offense. Similar type of player to his brother, Brett, who was drafted in 2020. The main difference is that Brady is a few inches taller and Brett is moderately more talented. Mid/late round pick type of player.

Yeah, I mentioned Hejduk earlier in the week in his thread. He's representing USA for now. I don't suspect he'll be good enough to do that much longer, but we'll see. I think he'd probably be able to help Slovakia.

I’m pretty sure he was slated to not be picked for the NTDP, and then they added a 13th forward and he was the pick for that slot. I guess he’s still pretty good in that he’s a relevant enough name, but probably nowhere near the talent that his father was. And that’s a high bar, so it may be unrealistic to expect that of the son.
