Well damn. Tough to hear as a Panthers fan, goodbye playoffs for a long time. CMac is basically our entire team at this point.

I don’t see Cam getting another contract with the Panthers. So seems like a retool is in the works. McCaff is going to be their team.

not to be an arse but isn't it somewhat evident that he doesn't have his health if he's retiring now?
good for him that he's got the piles of money to make this an easier decision

No football player is the same physically after HS, college and 8 years in the NFL.

got out before it could get worse.
