No. Lucic will never play in Boston again. They made their choice moving him to LA instead of extending him.

Absolutely not. I’d rather be stuck with Beleskey’s 3.8m for the next two seasons than Milan Lucic’s 6m for the next 5.

Hard pass, especially when DeBrusk is added.

By the CBA, retention must be through all of the years(I think you're trying to mean the Oilers only retain on the final 3 years of his contract, which would get vetoed by the NHL and CBA)

No thank you. DeBrusk is not available. Lucic is too expensive and is signed for too long. Getting rid of Belesky would be great but then they would habe Lucic' contract. They chose to trade him rather than pay him that much, I doubt that they have changed their minds about that.

Bruins choose to pay Marchand instead (thank god) and the money they saved on not paying him goes to McAvoy, Heinen and DeBrusk.

Just getting ride of Beleskey's contract wont change that.
