Lucic is shooting at 1.8% since January 1 2018, 84 games 2 goals on 110 SOG. If you looked at this as a "season", it would rank him 31st since 1980/81. I would guess that if you combined the compensation of those in the top 30, Lucic makes more.

I have defended him (not his contract) as much as I can and honestly know he probably feels like crap (he seems like that kind of guy)... but after tonight, no response to Doughty or Carter (likely his buddies) and then going after Leipsic... embarrassing.

People need to get over it. Lucic ain’t coming back to Boston and Backes is playing much better since coming back from injuries. Loved Looch when he was in Boston, but it’s over.

I was a big Lucic fan but he has scored 2 goals in a year, he is slower, and the game has passed him by and he is the worse player and signed for two years longer. Backes is overpaid, Lucic, well, I am at a loss for words on how bad that deal is. In order for Boston to take on Lucic the Oilers would have to make the Bruins a better team, not a worse team.

I think Edmonton might be able to ditch Looch in the expansion draft. Hes from BC so I'm sure he'd be more than happy to be in Seattle. Maybe throw a pick at Seattle to take him or something.

No GM is taking Lucic with out a nice asset attached . However I had a dream we traded Lucic back to Boston but Chia was fired in that dream and rehired by Boston . I then woke and realized I was stuck in this nightmare . Chia and Lucic . Thanks Boston . Why couldn’t you have kept Chia for an extra year . I wouldn’t even treat my enemies that bad .
