Looking through emails in your junk email address

Might just be me--but I have for had a yahoo email that I created just forwhen I need to an email address to register for something or when companies asked for an email address when I needed information.

Many free internet sites request an address to log into to create address to access free internet in businesses

Today I was looking at the 999+ sign in my inbox and decided to see just how many emails I had

just over 30k

Out of boredom I am going year by year and deleting them--I have about 5500 to go

but many it is a lot of junk/crap

has anyone ever dug up an old email address, discovered you had a lot of emails and did you ever find anything interesting in the emails?

looks like the last time I deleted all my emails was 6/13/2012. Looks like I played a game called cityville ALOT

in my junk mail folder I had 20k

I barely read my actual email. Think I've opened my junk account once in the last 8 years or so because I accidentally tied an account I needed to it and I had to change it
