Is there a link for information on expiring wrestler contracts?
It's all completely private information, so there's nothing you can look up.

The best information we have is press releases when someone signs a new contract, or the wrestler mentions something in an interview. Maybe you could find a forum post where someone has collated it, but even then it wouldn't be exact or even close to complete due to lack of information availability.

dont we usually "know" (by leaks) until when or for how long they're signed?
Sometimes, but often not.

Like who knows what Heath Slaters status is? No one probably even cares. WWE guys are often re-signed with nothing ever being said as they're not news worthy. Bigger guys we tend to know something, but even then it's not always announced by WWE.

NXT is the worst. Everyone signed unknown length contracts, and they are often re-negotiated when guys go from trainee to being featured on TV and we never know about it. Then when they get called up, we never hear about their main roster contracts. Which means there's never any speculation about them when they are ending, so they don't become news worthy and it's never looked into.

Outside of WWE we tend to know a bit more, especially for guys who are speculated to be going to WWE. When a company signs them they usually announce it as it's a big deal to them.

Which always works for management.

Bryan Danielson was speculated on for years right after he retired, then he was being speculated for All In until it was revealed he contract wasn't up by then, and nobody could still figure out the date.
