It would seem that's the plan. Laval has 3 games in 4 nights this weekend. So he'll surely get at least a game in.

I'm not even sure he would be the guy backing up the starter unless it's a game day or travel injury. Wouldn't be surprised to see Primeau or Demchenko called up to be backup and Lindgren staying on the taxi.
