Very excessive obviously (even for junior hockey), but at the same time I gotta say that curling one was hilarious :)

meh, they're kids. let'em have fun. it seems like this is maybe par for the course in their league. if it was beer league or sticktime I'd probably think they were a-holes.

I had a friend who, after scoring in a beer league game pulled a Brandi Chastain goal celebration. to this day I have no idea how he got the jersey over his helmet!
disclaimer: both teams agreed ahead of time to have a goal-celebration contest for fun. if we do it again I'm SO stealing the curling one!

Speaking for myself, that'd paint a target on your back. Either trying to lay you out of something gloaty and disrespectful in front of your bench. Hopefully the first

Complete dick move but completely awesome. I couldnt even imagine how fuming I would be if the other team started curling one of the guys.

The curling one is maybe the funniest hockey celebration I've ever seen. If it's legitimately funny like that, I don't see a problem at all.

This one is getting ripped off a lot now, but I laugh every time I see it:

If I was your coach I would bench you.
If I was your parent I would beat you.

No place for **** like that in any sport. It is called sportsmanship, I think you parents failed at raising you.

I love this. I know people say act like you've been there before but, it makes me feel good to see people get this excited even though they've scored before. Awesome job. Keep on celebrating.

It'd be more hilarious if the ref dropped the puck in the middle of the celebration and gave the other team a 5-0. Act like you have scored before.

Seen it before. Honestly I remember being 17 and celebrating an EN goal like it was the clinching goal in the Stanley Cup Finals. Got me a penalty.

Maybe the refs down there are less old school but all of that would be misconducts around here, at least when I played competitive.

I'll never get why people don't turn their iPhones sideways while filming video.

In any case... that was funny, but uncalled for in a real game.

Seen the blind man one already.

Curling one was funny but I'm not sure a legit game is the place to perform it, more of something you do playing with your buddies.
