1|ALL users must enable their CPU.
2|You may only play a user's CPU IF you message them the night/following morning of the sim. If they do not respond, you may then play their CPU on the day of the sim.
3|If you lose your connection, you must restart the game and resume it at the time it was shut down. All goals are awarded via empty net in the same order they were scored in.
4|You can not avoid playing certain users. You must play everyone that is scheduled against you. If there is proof that youare avoiding people then you will be kicked.
5|You can't leave CPU games, earn your win.
6|You can not purposely interfere and hit players who do not have the puck (away from the play) to try to injure. If you arefound guilty, you will be given a warning or kicked.
7|Goalies can ONLY play 72 games during the regular season. Failure to comply will result in your backup goaltender having to start the entirety of the playoffs. There will be NO exceptions.
8|No forward is allowed to play over 29 minutes a game (OT not included)
9|No defensemen is allowed to play over 34 minutes a game (OT not included)
10|All skater must play a minimum of 3 minutes a game.
11|There are no rules for goals, however, if you try for the same move over and over again or try to "glitch goal" constantly, you will be kicked. Mix up your scoring chances and goals.
12|Tanking will not be tolerated. Examples of this are: not playing games, placing higher overall players in the minors to ice a low overall lineup. If guilty, you will be kicked from the league.
13|You are not allowed to rag the puck.
1|No sign-and-trades through Free Agency. Anyone 83+ overall or 3.5 star potential or higher will have a NTC until the Trade Deadline.
2|No trading with CPU teams.
3|Any 83+ player in Free Agency must be signed to a 2 year deal minimum. Once the season starts, you may sign for any length.
4|You cannot back out of a deal once you confirm it (post in the thread)
5|All trades will be reviewed by Hooterz and Oswalt. If a trade is deemed unfair, it will be vetoed.
6|If a player disappears during the season, contact me. That player will be re-signed during Free Agency by his respective team. That user has 2 F/A periods to sign him.
7|All new members must wait 2 sim periods before trading.
