People either believe that removing Laich isn't necessary or isn't needed be uses:
-the team is 27-6-2, so why do anything? No problem can pop up, not when we are this good?
-injuries won't happen, and if they do, Hershey has enough talent to keep us afloat
-the PK will implode without him, and what is a strength will immediately have problems
-the psyche of the locker room will also implode, as he's the glue to a cohesive team, and that without him there could be discord and problems
-the morale if the team will get scuttled, as Laich's departure(abandonment) wouldn't show an appreciation for....something
Or some combo of the above.
Did I miss anything? I'm not being sarcastic, I think those are the reasons.
