I feel like Neal's suspension is going to be more than Thornton's. Thornton, as much of a POS move he pulled, rarely goes out of bounds but Neal is a repeat offender.

The thing is then no one will want to do a clean hit because they have to take themselves out of the game for 5 mins. Imagine good players that have to sit out for 5 mins. Not good for the game.
