Steve Staios moves into management role. Wondering about Wes Clark's role. Leafs hire local Niagara guy Darryl Belfry who has worked one on one with Tavares, Kane etc. here for a number of years.

Sounds like Hughes perhaps has a lesser role?

Jim Hughes moves over from his previous role of Director, Player Development, to Director, Player Evaluation. Bobby Carpenter joins him as Coordinator, Player Evaluation.

Underhill has an increased role, which is interesting. All in all, I like it. Lord knows player development has been a weakness for us for decades.
