People are going to find some way to downplay this, but it's incredibly impressive.

It's so "impressively incredible" that it's not that uncommon. It's less common than you'd think it would be, but it's not really uncommon. There will probably be 3 teams with 3 30 goal scorers this year, and there were 2 in 2015-2016 (Boston and Dallas).

I think it tends to average out to around 1 or 2 teams a season.

Problem is with that, the Leafs' guys all play on different lines. The other two don't.

None of them are their top scorer either. Mitchy doing Mitchy things.

Yup. Matthews would likely have 40+ goals and be our leading scorer right now if not for his injuries. Though he may not be leading by that much. Marner is on pace for over 70 points this season, which is incredible considering his rough first half.

11 game scoring streak on the go right now.

they could possibly end up with four 30bgoal scorers. outside chance for marleau.

Yes they do, Kessel, Crosby and Malkin are all on 3 separate lines. Kessel plays on a line with Brassard and has spent a lot of time with Sheahan this year. I'm not sure how the Jets set up their forward lines.

How on earth is that relevant?

Also this.

Matthews showing his prowess. Had he been healthy, he would have beasted up on the scoring, beating both McDavid and Laine in goals scored at the very least. Next season we will see his true form. Expecting 40-50 goals and 90-110 points

He would have probably been within a goal or 2 of both

the most impressive thing to me is JVR potting 30 from the 3rd line.

That's what you get when you have young beasts like Matthews, Marner and Nylander beasting it up, the opponents have to exhaust all energy to try to shut them down even a bit so lower line guys can exploit the opportunities. Looking good for the Leafs.
