Peddy was only following the orders and mandate set by ownership mate.
This is the beauty of all these layers of accountability, some of these layers catch folks before it gets to the top.

Peddy was just an employee and didn't have much to do with the Leafs directly and he made MLSE a lot of money in many different business ventures.
