We showed up for one period. Fortunate we were playing a bad team tonight.

Not a good performance overall.​

high danger chances were 9-4 for the Leafs at 5v5, and they outscored Buffalo 4-1 at 5v5 as well. The only reason it looks close is because the Sabres randomly had a 5-1 advantage in powerplays, and the Leafs sat back with a big lead
