Watch Marner without the puck -- he is absolutely going to be a selke candidate in his prime. He is very active, very responsible, and knows where to go.

And he's only a few months younger than Matthews.

Watched a lot of leafs games this year, I don't think I can agree. What he does is always push the puck. But in protracted battles in his own zone he's not as good and with his size I don't think he ever will be.
