Liberati played D all season with Tulsa, 56 games worth. He skated with three different ECHL teams in 2018-19, and saw limited game play for all three. When he played in Allen in 2017-18, he appeared in 56 games as well but the Amerks were a team with negative +/- ratings for most players that season. If you check his Shots for 2019-20, you'll see a number well above 100; that indicates to me he was a top pair D-man and/or saw significant power play minutes. What a different a change of scenery makes - both the town AND his TOI.

Teams don't release TOI, but he's talking generally and not specifically anyway.

Liberati had 50 shots in 36 games last season and had 126 shots in 56 games this season. Even without specific timer numbers his shot numbers show a huge increase in TOI.
