The game will officially start on Sunday July 4th 2021 at 12h01 AM ET.
Please post a somewhat complete depth chart before Sunday.
Please do not announce trades/signings before July 4th (you can still negciate).
There will be a trade window from July 4th 12h01 AM ET to July 5th 11h59 PM ET.
At the end of the trade window you need to have provided me your protection list and requirements list.
There will be a one day no trade window, July 6th, for Seattle and @hockeynorth to make their selection.
The Entry draft will start Wednedday July 7th at 8h00 aM ET with a 3 hours clock. (We will have +/- 2 weeks to complete a 7 rounds mock)
As soon as the Entry draft is over we will do a 48-ish hours UFA Market.
Have fun guys!

Looking to start our trade discussion!

:isles

Looking for Top6 LHD and Top9 LW
Looking to trade Komarov, Clutterback and Hickey back in those deal by adding futures.
Open to move Varlamov for the right price.

:bolts

Looking to dump Johnson best offer will be taken.
We are probably going 4-4 in the expansion, so we are open to move Palat, Gourde and Killorn before the expansion for the right price.
We are also looking for a cheap backup and cheap bottom 6ers.

I’m very confused, so I have to pick my whole team on the fifth, but trading is also still open on the fifth?

For the TBL, what exactly is the right price? For a team well over the cap, I’m not sure how much leverage they have. TJ would likely require a huge sweetener like Cernak, maybe they move Stamkos and get more depth players to continue their run.
Kings could be in for Palat or Kilorn but the return would be a pick and Lizotte

Yeah the TJ pill is a tough one to swallow.
By going 4-4-1 in the expansion, we think one of Palat/Kilhorn/Gourde will be pick by Seattle and then put us under the cap with a few holes to fill.
We are open to move one of them for a return similar to Hall(To ARZ)/Pageau/Zucker/Tatar rades, if not we will happily keep them and work something out.
But yeah Tampa is once again in hell with the cap, that's why I love playing them, lot of financial decisions.

There's a zero percent chance Stamkos is waiving to leave Tampa.

And please don't put trade offers in the thread.

Have a few offers on Jack Eichel and he will be moved prior to the draft so let me know if you’re interested.

Not much action on Sam Reinhart/Rasmus Ristolainen as of yet. Picks/prospects is the asking price with the above to take cap back as well.

Just confirming that I will have time on Tuesday to do this?
You need to have it submitted by Monday 5th of July 23h59 PM EST. The Tuesday 6th of July is the no trade day for the expansion.
The game officially starts July 4th with a 2 day trade period to prepare for expansion.

We are hearing rumors around the league about a GM coming to an agreement with a player to waive his NMC for the expansion draft.
Also hearing a star player agreed to waive his NMC to go to a contending team on the final year of his contract.
Stay tune to hear all about the last rumors!
