meh.
Might as well help the Griffins out rather than sitting in the pressbox in Detroit.
Also Khan reported that White, Q and Eaves would be scratched.
Q, CC and Samuelsson are all prime candidates for buyouts this summer.

Watch no one get bought out.

Of course not, that would be bad asset management.
Come on you know that Ken Holland does'nt believe in Buyouts never has never will

I'm not a KQ fan, and he looked awful on the game tying goal.
But I'm surprised by this move.
So...
Kronwall Ericsson
Kindl Colaicovo
Smith Dekeyser?
This game of musical chairs on defense benefits nobody.
What's our record since CC got back and Babcock started playing music chairs with the defense?
Also Khan reported that White, Q and Eaves would be scratched.

didn't he buy out hatcher and ray whitney?
a recognition that Q is just not that good?
And McCarty.
But let's not let facts get in the way of a good rant. Hatcher had 3 years left on his deal and only ended up suiting up for a total of 25 games over a 5 year contract.
Smells of Samuelsson to me.
Wings had to buy them out to get under the cap, next year they dont though
Hell you cant even trade Sammy cause Holland was dumb enough to give him a NTC.
“It was just a misunderstanding with Mike Babcock,” general manager Ken Holland said Monday. “I agree with him that we’d rather have Lashoff playing in the minors than not playing in Detroit, but the rules don’t allow it. We don’t want to not be able to recall him unless we have three injuries.”
Question: Does this roster rule essentially prevent the Wings from calling up Tatar?
