Two guys who I'm sure will never make it, but there was a time when I held out a hope for Quailer. He's got the raw tools (and not much else).

So all these big trade rumors between MTL and LA were true.

Cup is ours!

I have never heard of this guy ever.

After looking at this stats, this is a BLOCKBUSTER MOVE :yo:

Too bad Quailer got that knee injury in his sophmore season, he was an interesting pick... Nice combination of size and skill. He didn't look out too bad in the AHL and showed glimpses of maybe being a defensive forward in the NHL but we don't need that in our line-up. Good luck to him.

Another useless trade. This is getting ridiculous. Maybe Bergevin thinks he's suppose to build the Dogs into a cup champion and not the Habs.

Congrats!

How does this kind of trade even end up being discussed. I can't imagine Bergevin calling to ask about Czarnik, i just find it weird...

Do some people have the idea that Montreal is the only team that ever makes minor trades

Bergevin was attending Hamilton's games, their GM or Sylvain Lefebvre might have talked with the Monarchs about getting Quailer and since both players are on NHL deals, they had to be dealt in an NHL trade.

Czarnik was decent in juniors and he was picked 20 spots or so before Quailer.

Maybe the Habs wanted him then and are ready to try their hand at developping him now?

But yeah, nothing trade. At least you guys who were worried Bergevin was sleeping or whatever know he's working.

There was the Rau for Gogol trade from the other day that beats it for futility, if only in sheer weirdness of the names.

Hey buddy. MB doesn't have a limited quantity of trade allowed.

Nothing to get hungry. LOL
