I find it very interesting that even the players can notice the difference between the East and West in play style.

The East is known for more of that pond Hockey feel, the West is a grind you into Dust Conference.

Maybe that's why star players want nothing to do with the West when they are UFA.

Used to be the other way around...the conferences have totally shifted, in terms of style of play.
