Ironic that, in a town where hockey coverage has been something fans were clamoring for because of the minimal coverage we've had, now there's too much.

I think you are confusing the amount of coverage with where the coverage is found.

Now that we have the internet and blogs I can find plenty of information on the Kings. People complain about the coverage not being found in Southern California on the local sports telecast, radio sports talk shows, the LA Times, etc. (you know lame stream media).

Those outlets would not provide any additional insight and would probably just cover the information that we already get by reading the stuff on the internet. There's not too much coverage, there are just too many people that take the access they have been granted too seriously.
