I hope he makes it, but ouch this will be a bad quote if he doesn't.

This reminds me of when Joey Ryan saying he "Was confident he would make the Kings that fall" at the 2006 draft. Or ofcourse Alexandre Daigle saying "No one remembers who goes 2nd overall" , ofcours ehe busted and the #2 overall pick ended up being the 2nd best defenseman of his era.

From the highlights I saw Thomas isn't afraid to go to the net or cut into the middle of the ice to get a shot off. Good trait to have for a youngster.

Not that it really means anything (it doesn't hurt though), I look for him to have a huge year with Niagara, as they are the early favorite to come out of the east, and he's probably their best player.

Saw Akil at a family function he looked good 180lbs met his father and he is a very solid built man. He was playing at 165lbs for some of the season last year. Let's see how the extra weight treats him this year.
