I think that's thinking purely from the Flames POV. For Kylington, this is a good stability contract and he can negotiate a big deal when he's in his prime (before 30).The terms for both players befuddle me. Even if they think their window is down to two years, don't they want to have assets to flip for futures at that time to kickstart the rebuild?
