Did you watch it? I honestly don't know anything about Superman lore outside of the movies and the animated series, so it seemed fine to me. The visuals are great and nothing really cheesy about it so far.

Regarding the voice of Rao :

I recognized the voice of the actor who plays "voice of rao".

I put this in spoilers because it's pretty major.

Blake Ritson, I recognize his voice/accent from when he played Girolamo Riario in Da Vinci. He's also listed as Brainiac on imdb so.... the voice of Rao = Brainiac ? Or maybe he's just doing double duties.

Better than I thought at this point. Didn't like the main character in the beginning but he's getting better.
