My good friend Kory is in one of the pictures. I texted the picture to him right after SinBin posted it. He was surprised how I got it so fast.

This is part of what most NHL organizations do WRT community outreach. (And other sports teams/organizations probably, but I don't pay attention to them as much)

Visiting military, first responders, hospitals (especially kids), schools (especially reading/retention type programs that many teams have) are some of the "charity"/community outreach NHL teams have done.

A number of Stanley Cup winners have taken the cup to such locations on their "day with the Cup".
