Constructive criticism.
First and most importantly, don't take 12 minutes playing grab ass with eachother. Check you analytics and see how many people drop off early because you are not getting to the topic in any form of reasonable time frame. Don't let the locker and bar room talk last more than 3 minutes.

2) Get the mic's off the table. There are times that I swear there is a transformer going from vehicle to robot. Every time you open a beer I'm cringing.
