I know this sounds super sexist, not really my intent, but female broadcasters just don't sound good to me in general. They're usually really monotone and it make the broadcast dull.

It's just that the standard is lower because there are so few. Build the base, give teams options and the quality will go up.

You mean when we were playing the ducks or kings they had a ducks or kings guy?

When Philly was in town, they had Keith Jones for color working with Randy's PBP. Kings and Ducks are not NBC-affiliated teams.

I should clarify that it isn't "shared", but when Sharks home games were on NBCSN, not NBCS-BA or NBCS-CA or NBCBDVDVD

Hope she does well

To anyone who thought she was bad in the playoffs, of course she was, putting a rookie broadcaster on national TV at for the most important games of the year is an awful idea, anyone would sound uncomfortable in that situation

Hopefully being on a regional broadcast helps her become more comfortable with the craft and the position
