Not all that crazy. Getting a top 15 1st round pick for a middle 6 winger is pretty sick. Glad he's doing well, Pitts certainly paid the price for him.

Loved him in Toronto. Has all the tools to be an elite player except for his hockey IQ. Definitely didn't seem to think the game as fast as he played it, which is ultimately why he didn't work well with Matthews or Tavares. On the plus side he's fast as hell, chippy, and is a great Pker with an underrated shot. Glad he's working well in Pittsburgh, i'd take him back in a heartbeat.

2nd liner. Was in Toronto when he got the chance too despite what that fanbase tries to argue.

The problem with Toronto is he was always our 4th-5th best winger. And he struggled on the left side. He was a great third line winger, but could never stick in our top 6 because he was behind Marner, and Nylander on the right as well as Hyman on the left.

I'm glad to see him producing well, but he would have never had that opportunity in Toronto. Third liner in Toronto, but second liner on almost any other team.
