Guessing this solidifies the Labanc for Myers deal on 9/1 as well. Barabanov, Granlund, Eklund, Hoffman, Duclair, and Peterson will be the top 9 wingers.

I am just checking in to say I am deeply sorry that you guys get saddled with Mike Hoffman out of this. It will drive you absolutely nuts even though he is good for a tank. Dude thinks he's still a 30-40 goal scorer, that he can run a PP...it's infuriating.

Granlund just went for a 2nd this TDL. Given he ranked with PIT, he will need to play well and produce to recoup similar value this year. Ruuta is a 3rd I bet as a righty. Hoffman probably a 2nd or 3rd depending how he produces (need him closer to 50+ point pace).

Fantastic trade by Grier. Wow, only retaining 1.5 million; that must have been a big part of the hold-up. Of course, you can't help but wonder what more they could have extracted with greater retention!
