Suspended after 6:27 time elapsed due to unplayable ice conditions in Wichita, KS (Apparently an ice hole opened up , is the prevailing story from the Mavericks fanbase); a 1-1 tie at present;

game will be completed tomorrow at 4 pm; tonight's game is still scheduled as normal....

ok, the update from 1 Mavericks fan of 4 that is in Wichita: he states that the ice became flooded, as well as an exposed section of concrete near the Thunder bench, apparently, it's an arena issue as the Thunder have been dealing with this for much of the season, but when you're the city that won the bid for the ECHL All Star Classic, it's just not a good reflection if this is your primary issue with the arena

Wheeling just put in that new system where the cooler is on top of the concrete instead of pipes buried underneath. According to the information from that article it goes down in a day or two and can be used for many years, plus a lot cheaper than a traditional system. I would imagine if this is an ongoing problem the league would suggest that as a possible solution.
