I agree with all the Oiler picks excpet for the Rattie one. I cant see them taking another winger with the kings pick. I can see them taking Musil or Mcneil

A couple thoughts:

-I think Boston would take Hamilton over Siemens.
-I don't think Minny passes on Armia if he's on the board.
-I can't see EDM taking Rattie when McNeill is there.
-Adam Clendening probably won't slip past the 2nd.

Otherwise, it's solid.
Nicely done.

As a Leafs fan its scary looking at the potential picks Ottawa could take.

Nugent-Hopkins
Zibanejad
Catenacci
Rask
Quine

Yikes.

Yah I'm a Sens fan if you noticed and I think all those picks are possible except for Victor Rask. IMO there's no way he falls that low.

I just can't see the Sens not leaving Minnesota without Landeskog. If they aren't in a position to take him I see them moving up to grab him.

Strome is definitely the player we would target at #5, but I'm hoping for Couturier some how (trade or Islanders taking a defenseman etc.)
If we could get Jaskin at #35 I would be ecstatic, he will probably go mid-late first imo.

I know nothing about Labate, so if anyone have a scouting report or a some info on him, I would appreciate that.

Regardless of whether a Sens fan likes Landeskog to Ottawa or not, it's hard not to agree. I like RNH and Lando a lot but in the end we may not be in a position for RNH. Landeskog's fit in Ottawa is good on so many levels.

If Jaskin was available in the 2nd for Edmonton I really hope we'd take him before Prince.

The reason I picked Prince is because he's linemates with Martindale and you guys are in the position where you don't have to rush him either. Sorta boom/bust player and I watch him nearly every game.

I think Atlanta picks Saad over Huberdeau if he's available. Herpaderp (as we've taken to calling him on the atlanta boards) is good but the center position is one that we're very loaded on. Can he play wing?

He's a big High School kid who's commited to the NCAA next season. I think he's something like 6-4 200 pounds and is a center.

Can someone explain to me why Clendenning has fallen so far? He ran the U-18s last year, and is averaging .62 PPG as a freshman in the NCAA? Is his defence really that bad

I was hoping to catch Labate in the Minnesota tournament, but his team was knocked out before the tourney started. Like the other poster said, he's a big framed center, who he could add some strength. From all reports he skates well and has a very hard shot. He's committed to the University of Wisconsin for next season I believe.

Bell won't be there at 48, IMO he could go # 20-40. As an Isles fan I'd take Landeskog and Mayfield any day of the week.

agreed,

No way the Isles pass on Rask with their second second round pick if he is still there. Depth wise the Isles need wingers and defenseman. We are pretty good at center right now

What's up with Rask? I remember this time last year he was considered top 5. Was his skill set overrated? Work ethic issues?

YOW
i dont know if you forgot the goalies or left them out intentionally, but i'd be very surprised to see no goalies in the top 61 picks.

Never in the world will Edmonton chose 2 wingers with their first 3 picks.
