Are we talking fantasy? If so for this year I'd grab Kotkaniemi. He is likely playing with Aho and either Necas or Teravainen.

Changing my vote to Kakko. Kotkaniemi won't get the usage it looks like.

From the little I've seen of Kakko, he's looks to have better tools than KK to succeed.

Seems like the Canes want to try Kotkaniemi on the first with Aho to start the year? I see this short lived, as Svechnikov and Niedereiter are likely better in the short term, and Kotkaniemi might be better off rebuilding confidence on the 3rd line anyway.
