Technically it should have been a penalty and no goal. And technically correct is the best kind of correct.
OK. Do you feel better now? They missed a call, one of dozens of missed calls from the game.
Yeah no shit they missed it. That’s exactly what I said.
So let's start threads about every other missed call too, that'll be fun.
How do we know prior missed calls didn't lead to OT though? How do we know missed calls in prior rounds didn't impact a series winner? See the problem here? It never ends.Threads about obvious missed calls on OT goals in the Stanley Cup Finals?
Actually yes.

Tampa dominated the first period and only built a 1-0 lead, they then forgot to even show up in OT. But hey, let's blame the officials for not being perfect cause that's easy.
This is boring, circular, and also never-ending. I'm going to go get ready for my evening of going to watch the Avs win the cup. Cheers!
Remember game 6 and 7 last season .Tampa against the Islanders. Don't see a difference.Ngl Avs seem to be benefiting from a lot of questionable calls these playoffs. It’s almost like the NHL wants them to win! But no, that can’t be right because they are objective. It was clearly offside and now a clear too many men? Both deciding goals?
