Nylander has barely played center and Kadri is a quality two-way player and a much better contract.

Nothing wrong with the thread, its speculation. Usually they'd say out with a upper body injury and as OP said he looked and played fine, however he might have caught an errant elbow from schenn towards the end of the period. 2 shots, 1 possibly directly to the head could result in a precautionary exit from a game.
