My girlfriend will be very disappointed to hear that Roman "Puckface" Polak has moved on.

I actually liked him a lot as a depth option, especially when he showed up for the 2nd half of last season. I'm gonna miss watching his surprise rushes down the left wall - Dude wasn't agile, but it was a hell of a lot of fun to see him build up steam when he had a clear lane ahead of him.

The rushes were fun. But the 78 icings a game were not

For those wondering about the Free Agency shows.

Sportsnet and TSN start their shows at 11:00.

Sportsnet's show runs on the 4 regionals before and after the Jays game. Although the Jays game is also on SN1, so I expect the plan is to cut away on the regionals to cover major signings, allowing Jays fans to continue watching the game on SN1.

TSN's show is only on TSN4 on TV. But I'm pretty sure it's also available online.

They have the modern H. Ballard. He is just an embarassment to hockey owners around the League. I mean, the guy owns the team and can do what he wants but this is one of those situations where you would hope the League considers forced sale. Terrible thing to say but, the guys a disgrace to the League.
