If he makes it to UFA, some GM will give him a ton due to the lack of goal scoring you can find there anymore. He's also an absurd playoff player in his time in Vegas, that alone will get him a ton. Stamkos, him, Toffoli will probably the biggest UFA's I can think off the top of my head on the forward side.

In Vegas, I think he would take a real hometown discount to stay. Figuring $6.5m x 4. Helps both sides because 4 might be a little long but $6.5m helps sign the others.

Karlsson was the player to reach 40 that year. This season is the first season that Marchy actually makes it past 30 goals.

Because he may price himself out of Vegas. Especially if the rumors about Vegas being after Guentzel are true. Vegas in the past has shown that they really don't gave a problem with letting players go.
