You guys can start negotiating. Post your offers in this thread for the players you want to re-sign and I'll either accept it or reject it. If I reject it I'll give a counter offer that you must agree to or you'll lose that player to Free Agency. Just an easier way of doing it as I don't have to clear my PM's each day from replying to offers and we don't have to worry about agents taking too long to reply or whatever other problems have occured in the past few years. And don't worry, I won't be too hard on rejecting offers. Just the one's that are completely unreasonable.

You'll be able to re-sign your players until June 27th starting now. I also need someone to negotiate my players.

EDIT - Please be aware of your cap situation as well. The cap central thread does not have updated Cap Space as I usually just do that at the end of summer. Cap is 70.3

i am kind of curious how the RFA offers work, cant we negotiate some to have some benefit of a rfa over a ufa? i know a few of my contracts are worse than the real NHL ones so i'm gonna try to stay in a similar ballpark

rfa offers
John Tavares $6M, 6 years: more $$ than his real deal
Logan Couture $3.5M, 3 years: more money than his real deal and 1 more year
James VanRiemsdyk $4M, 4 years: going to a worse team now lowers his value IMO. I only took a small amount off of his deal and 2 less years
Trevor Lewis $0.750M, 2y: worth less in this league IMO, but he is a solid depth player on my team
Colin Greening $.850k, 3y: similar contract. I just want to keep it even numbers so I can manage it better
Victor Hedman $3.5M, 5 years, NTC: I think he is worth a bit less in this league than real life, so I took off a small amount from his real offer and took away 1 year. This will give him a chance to still get big money in his prime. I have added a NTC if thats possible to show commitment to Victor as well

ufa offers
Rich Peverley $3M, 2y: very similar to real life. if he was on a different team and not stuck as a 3rd liner he could get more but I compare him more to Stoll now. He is a leader on this team and I want him here
Matt Carle $4.5, 2y: I know he can command a lot in UFA but I want him here. He is one of our top pairing guys and runs our PP. We have shown commitment to him by rebuilding the rest of our roster and I hope that makes him want to stay
Nicklas Hjalmarsson $3M, 3y: I think like many defenseman that play a two way style he may not be the highest ranked guy in a lineup, but I like what he brings to this jets team and offer a similar contract to his NHL one
Alex Auld $1.75m, 1y: want him to stay my backup

Jason Blake, UFA, had 13 points in 45 games last NHL season in Anaheim and is not under contract for the coming season, and not expected back in Anaheim. He turns 39 years old before the season starts, struggled with injuries last season, may retire.
OFFER 1 million contract @ $ 1 million per for 1 season

Evan Oberg, RFA, plays in the AHL, had three NHL games, no points, under contract with Tampa. Was never drafted into the NHL, free agent signing of Canucks that was traded twice, bouncing around with Florida then Tampa yet only three games so far. One year left to prove himself. Could be simply a depth minor leaguer unless surprises soon.
OFFER 1.2 million contract @ $600,000 per for 2 seasons

Henrik Bjorklund, RFA, has no NHL contract, is playing in 2nd-tier Swedish league
OFFER 1.8 million contract @ $600,000 per for 3 seasons

If your other contracts didn't get a reply it means they are accepted. And people, come on... you cannot sign Entry Level players. It's in the cap central rules.
