Not sure if the flag helps, but;

Maybe something in almost a triangle colour, with the red, blue and white outlining, with the symbol in the flag in one corner?

EX: Blue down one side, Red down the other side, the bottom is white but in the middle, the logo sticks up with the picture of the player behind it.
