first at Xcel Energy Center on Tuesday. ??

The Jets won the first regular season meeting between the teams this year, 5-4, on Nov. 24 in

No such things as easy wins in the NHL.

It'd be nice for the Jets start the road trip with a win though.

Parise, Scandella, Fontaine all out. Key injuries for Wild. Should be easy win for the Jets. I am going with 4-1. Wheeler x'2, Ehlers, Buf (EN) / Pominville

Yeah, like last year when the Jets top 5 D were all out at the same time and our season came to a crashing halt...

...hmmmmm :sarcasm:

I reeeeeeeally hope The Jets pull off a crazy awesome run and win 3 (or 4?) of these critical games but as I said in the PGT...

...my trepidation is discomforting. :scared:

This actually has me scared. Key injuries to the opposition have not worked in the Jets' favour this season.

By the way the lineup was done are we figuring Hutch is getting the start ? I hope he does and it is time to start going with the hot guy . If Hutch wins we go with him till he loses and vice versa , need some wins !! Ladd better show up tonight as well . Everyone skate hard and get the refs to call penalties on the Wild !! GO JETS GOOOOOOO !!!!!!!

I'm just guessing on the starting goalie. Not confirmed until after this morning's skate.

That split head of Baldwin in the GIF freaks me out.

But not as freaked out as I will be if the Jets lose this one. This has "momentum builder" written all over it.

The rotation would suggest Hutchinson plays, but then again his consistency has been an issue.

after losing to the Sens and Flyers, we're probably going to win at least 2 out of the next 3 games on the road vs. Central teams.

Why? Because Jets.

This. Not too worried, the Jets always seem to show up for these more important games. I also thought we played the Flyers pretty well, just ran into a red-hot goalie.

Chariot benched or injured? If benched why the hell is Stuart still drawing in? Sad that both Pardy and Postma sat in the press box with a guy clearly worse continued to play!

Copp and Petan should be an big improvement or will Mo go with Peluso yet again?

Stuart is one of Maurice's favourites, and wears an "A". He's not sitting in the press box any time soon.

I really doubt that Peluso plays if Copp and Petan are ready to go. Maurice doesn't seem to worry about toughness when matched up against the Wild. We'll likely see Peluso against the Blues, though.

Maurice said Chariot, Postma and Pardy will "audition" for the 3rd pairing with Stuart. So Stuart isn't going anywhere...his regular partner TBD.

Not sure about Dumba.

Don't be surprised if Maurice drops Peluso into the lineup as a late addition however. The Wild are giving Kurtis Gabriel his first start tonight and he'll be running around at F and delivering cheap shots the entire game.

You mean the Jets might actually get more PP time than the opposition? We can't let that happen. Dress Peluso. :shakehead

Let Stuart handle it. Win win!

I'd say keep Peluso out of the lineup, we need to drum up some offence and get back to goal scoring.

What the heck is up with Burmi and his penalties lately?!

I imagine it's going to be a textbook Wild game filled with lots of nothing and then random goal scoring. Damn they are boring to watch.
