I don't think Chevy will go after anything bigger. Not his style, prefers cheap solution.

Why wouldn't he be a solution for the 3rd line?

He is a solid two way player and he scores like a third liner. I mean he's out producing Lowry and has more points than Thor, Hali, Galiardi and Peluso combined.

A better player would cost a bigger asset. Overpaying for rentals is no way to build a team.

Doesn't score goals very well, but does most other things pretty well.

He is for bottom 6s what Mathieu Perreault is for top 6s. Underrated.

Actually, Frolik might be a better analytical comparison.
